TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of trynordvia.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription and Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
1. WHO WE ARE

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to order from us. By ordering you confirm that you are.
3. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order or receive an order confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including after an order confirmation has been sent, where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, where we suspect fraud or abuse, or where we cannot verify the billing or delivery details. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
4. PRICING AND CURRENCY
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and may be converted by your bank at its own rate, which may include a conversion fee we do not control.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you placed it.
Obvious pricing errors do not bind us. If an item's price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.
5. PROMOTIONS, BUNDLES AND FREE GIFTS
Promotional prices, bundle discounts and free gifts are available for limited periods and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. They cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or refunded separately. Where a bundle is returned, see the Return and Refund Policy for how gifts affect the refund.
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines.
Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or by any equivalent regulator. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Information on this site, including ingredient research, articles and customer reviews, is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Consult your doctor before starting any supplement, and particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, taking prescription medication, managing a diagnosed condition, or scheduled for surgery. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.
Results vary between individuals. Customer reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a promise of any particular outcome. Where a reviewer received a product free of charge, that is disclosed.
7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout, including a correct delivery address and contact email, and to keep your account details secure.
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape or copy its content, or to interfere with its operation.
8. ABUSE OF OUR GUARANTEE
Our 60-day guarantee is offered in good faith for customers who genuinely want to try the product.
We may decline a return or refuse future orders where we identify a pattern of abuse — for example repeated refund claims across multiple orders or accounts, claims that goods were not received where tracking confirms delivery, or requests for a refund while retaining the goods.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including text, images, video, graphics, logos and the Nordvia name — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
10. USER SUBMISSIONS
If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm the content is yours to give and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may edit for length or remove content at our discretion.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our site uses third-party services including Shopify for hosting and checkout and third-party payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any claim arising from delivery delays caused by carriers or customs.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement.
13. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
14. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If you have a problem with an order, contact support@trynordvia.com first. We respond to every enquiry and can usually resolve matters within a few business days, which is far faster than a bank dispute.
We maintain full records for every order, including checkout records, the terms agreed at purchase, dispatch confirmations, carrier tracking and delivery confirmation, and all correspondence. Where a payment dispute is raised, we provide those records to the card issuer.
Where a dispute is raised without a prior attempt to contact us and is subsequently resolved in our favour, we may decline to accept future orders from you.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier failures, customs action, supplier failure, natural events, industrial action, war, pandemic or government restriction.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. Material changes to subscription terms are notified by email in advance, as set out in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
