Every Nordvia order ships with full tracking. Here is how to find yours.
1Your order is processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed.
2As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, we email you a confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to follow it door to door.
3Open that link at any time to see where your parcel is. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show its first scan, which is normal.
4Delivery takes 6 to 10 business days after dispatch. If your parcel is lost in transit we resend it or refund you in full.
Cannot find your tracking email? Check your spam folder first, then write to us with your order number and we will resend it: support@nordvia.com
