What to do

If the size is wrong
Message us before you return them. Sizing on compression is decided by calf circumference, not shoe size, and the most common reason a pair feels wrong is simply that it is the wrong size. We will swap it rather than refund it if that is what you would prefer.
Damaged or faulty
If anything arrives damaged or a zipper fails, send us a photo and we will replace the pair immediately. You do not need to return a faulty item first.
