We want you to try Nordvia at home, without commitment. If the product does not match its description or does not give you the relief you expected, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return
Email support@nordvia.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and will send you return instructions.
Conditions
- The request must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
- The item should be in a reasonable, reusable condition. Normal signs of trial use are fine.
- Free gifts included with a bundle do not need to be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is confirmed, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further few days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo and we will replace it at no cost to you. You will not be asked to return the damaged item.
Cancellations
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. If you contact us before your parcel is dispatched, we will change or cancel it free of charge.
